The whiskey was originally distilled in a traditional âCoffeyâ Copper Column still from pure malted Corn / maize grain.Â Distilleed in in small batches, Hyde No.3Â is then matured for at least 6 years in flame charred, first fill, 200L, ex-bourbon casks from Kentucky in the U.S.A.HYDE No. 3 President's Cask Tasting Notes:Â Aroma:Â Cinnamon and clove with succulent sweet caramel flavours. Complex and spicy with sweet American bourbon notes.
